The Role Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the a Cook/Head Cook is required to lead the kitchen team and ensure the effective running of day to day kitchen operations and that recipes and procedures are being followed in detail.
Our open plan kitchens and fast paced taquerias mean we require a Cook/Head Cook with a dynamic personality and willingness to work in a highly demanding environment while maintaining quality, following OH&S procedures and providing the best customer dining experience.
