We're looking for a dynamic Guest Service Manager to join the Sea World Resort family and bring our stunning Resort Lobby to life with exceptional service, teamwork, and passion.
About the Role:
As the Guest Service Manager, you'll ensure a seamless, vibrant, and enjoyable experience for each guest while managing our talented team at the Front Desk, Concierge, and throughout the Resort Lobby. Your goal? To create magical moments that guests will cherish for a lifetime!
What You'll Be Doing:
Guest Management
• Set the stage for an unforgettable arrival by proactively engaging every guest with a warm and genuine welcome.
• Craft personalized guest experiences, from VIP welcome moments to curating activities that showcase the very best of Queensland's attractions and VRTP venues.
• Inspire families with unique ideas for creating lifelong memories and direct guests to make the most of their stay.
• Stay in-the-know on hotel functions, conferences, groups, and VIPs to answer questions and provide seamless service.
Lobby Management
• Keep our Lobby and Deck area a pristine, inviting hub where everything from lighting and music to cleanliness shines.
• Ensure lobby traffic flows smoothly, using your team to manage queues and keep energy high.
• Step in to support the Front Office team during peak hours to keep things moving seamlessly.
• Lead the Driveway Management team in creating a smooth flow of arrivals and departures.
Concierge Department Management
• Oversee and inspire our Concierge and Kids Zone teams, partnering with the Guest Services Supervisor to create a fun, friendly, and empowered environment.
• Provide training and mentorship, giving your team essential hospitality and guest service skills to tackle every challenge with confidence.
What You Bring:
• Experience in Guest Services with a focus on Front Office or Lobby Management.
• A background in leading and motivating teams to perform at their best.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills that make every guest feel like a VIP.
• The ability to think on your feet to turn potential challenges into memorable guest moments.
