Our dedicated team are looking for charming and charismatic people to join our Front Office department as a Guest Service Agent/ Night Auditor.
About the role This is a Full Time role.
Reporting directly to our Front Office Manager & Night Manager. You will be rostered to complete shifts as either a Guest Service Agent or as a Night Auditor, working the overnight shift.
You will be responsible for welcoming our guests at check in, and attending to their requests promptly and efficiently throughout their stay. You will actively follow strict procedures with credit card and cash transactions, issue of room keys and guest privacy. By anticipating our guests needs you will ensure they have a memorable experience.
About you Energy and passion for the hospitality industry Confident communicator with the talent to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High level of proficiency in MS Office suite Proven ability in the operation of a hotel property management system (preferably OPERA or RMS) Impeccable grooming and presentation Previous experience within a similar 5-star environment is desirable Flexibility to work a rotating roster including overnights and weekends If you are enthusiastic about delivering an experience that consistently surprises and delights our guests, please apply now.
