Job Description Ensure the smooth check-in and check-out of all guests. Accommodate the requests and needs of all guests, make recommendations, and upsell rooms and related services. Proactively communicate any guest feedback to the Duty Manager to ensure 100% guest satisfaction. Answer and direct incoming calls from inside and outside the hotel. Answer and process reservation enquiries if required. Maintain current knowledge of all room rates and packages available. Dispatch requests to the appropriate department. Monitor the safety and security of the hotel. Desired Skills and Experience 6 months' experience as a Guest Service Agent or receptionist in a hotel is desirable but not essential. Exceptional customer service skills, communication, and time management skills. A friendly and outgoing personality. Proven ability to work unsupervised.
