The Role Pan Pacific Melbourne is looking to appoint a Part-Time Guest Service Agent within our Communications Centre to service our guest inquiry experiences.

The Successful Guest Service Agent will:
Be responsible for providing our guests with high quality service throughout their stay Create a positive impression of the hotel via phone & email communication with our guests & provide information services throughout their stay Be able to work a rotating roster including AM & PM shifts and weekends Talent Profile Ideally you will have:
Excellent verbal communication skills The ability to be flexible in a fast paced environment Experience using Opera A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service
