About the Role
After reopening in August 2022 after refurbishment we are hiring Guest Service Agents to join the Front Office team. Our GSA's are the first friendly face everyone is greeted by at Rydges Darling Square. You'll be the ultimate guest service agent, brand ambassador and be the go-to for our guests, handling admin and providing real local advice. If you're energetic, empowered, optimistic and come with a can-do attitude you'll be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities Manage arrivals and departures of everyone visiting our hotel Provide exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests efficiently and courteously Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy with all accounting functions Communicate with housekeeping, reservations and maintenance departments to ensure all guest requests and needs are met Actively resolve guest issues and challenges presented on shift Skills & Experience Must be available for shift work, 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm Must be available to work weekends Impeccable grooming and presentation Excellent organisation and time management Your application will include the following questions:
