Job Description
Role Overview: As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be the heart of our luxury hotel, dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our discerning devotees. Your passion for hospitality and commitment to excellence will ensure that every devotee feels valued and cherished throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities: Personalized Service: Greet and welcome discerning devotees with genuine warmth, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. Tailor experiences based on individual preferences and needs.Concierge Support: Provide expert recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities, crafting personalized itineraries that enhance the devotee experience.Feedback Management: Actively solicit feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly, ensuring that all devotees leave with a positive impression of our hotel.Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including housekeeping, dining, and events, to ensure that all requests are fulfilled efficiently and to the highest standards.Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of special events and celebrations, ensuring that every detail aligns with our luxury brand.Qualifications
International Experience: Bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
