How You'll Shine Greeting and registering of owners and guestsProviding information on local area attractionsCompletion of all department related paperworkUsing all communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles and computersMeet guests face to face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestreamEstablish commonality and build rapport with your customers to ensure an exceptional experience is deliveredWork closely with the resort operations team in order to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check in processClearly articulate the benefit of traveling within Wyndham Destinations communityMeet targets and KPI's as set by the businessThis role requires you to be available for weekend and public holiday shifts.How You'll Be Rewarded Build your career with a value driven organisation that promotes continual growth and development for its people.
