About the Role: As a Guardian Centre Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring driver behavior by reviewing events related to fatigue, distraction, and field of view (FOV) captured by our advanced Guardian In-Vehicle computer system. Your assessments will help clients gain valuable insights into driver behavior, contributing to improved safety on the roads.

Key Responsibilities: Review and accurately sub-classify captured fatigue, distraction, and FOV events. Notify clients immediately when a fatigue event is detected, following the established Fatigue Intervention Plan (FIP). Collaborate with Guardian Support staff to address client requests and provide system diagnostic information as needed. Ensure adherence to Service Delivery and Quality standards. Contribute to product improvement by submitting ideas and suggestions. Engage with clients, distributors, account managers, and support teams to ensure effective communication and service delivery. About you: School Certificate (or equivalent). Customer service experience is essential. Previous experience in a call centre or monitoring centre is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to convey technical information in an easily understandable way. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Why Join Us?
