Role Overview As the key driver of growth for Cared, you will play a vital role in building brand awareness, developing engaging content, and driving Cared growth through effective marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be to develop campaign content that builds top-of-funnel engagement and lead generation. Key Responsibilities Develop, own and execute high-performing growth marketing initiatives across multiple channels (digital and traditional) that are aligned with Cared's mission, including lead generation from ideation to execution and analysis.Utilise data-driven insights to constantly refine, redesign, and re-imagine marketing strategies.Build a consistent and strong brand identity across all marketing channels, including Cared's website and materials.Reporting to the Head of Growth & Operations, you'll also work closely with marketing colleagues across the group to bounce ideas!About You: Hunger to own and execute!At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced start-up environment.Deep experience of managing performance marketing with an in-depth understanding of key platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta, and LinkedIn. #J-18808-Ljbffr
