In this role, you'll be providing strategic leadership to our client's Group Training Division, working closely with a committed team to enhance service delivery, foster partnerships, and contribute to growth and brand awareness. Your focus will be on driving growth and sustainability while ensuring that the business's compassionate and community-oriented values are upheld.Key Responsibilities:Lead the Group Training Division to deliver high-quality training products and services aligned with industry and government standards.Oversee daily operations, including business development and safety in the Group Training Division.Maintain compliance with all group training and labour hire regulations, including Occupational Health and Safety.Collaborate with the CEO and Management Team to ensure financial sustainability and effective resource allocation.Mentor team members and personally contribute to the delivery of high-value services to all clients.Develop and implement strategies for growth of current and future clients across multiple industries.Drive brand growth through partnerships, grant applications, and strategic networking.Continuously enhance service and delivery standards, refine processes and systems, and adapt to evolving market expectations, as well as the employment and training needs of both current and future clients.What You'll Bring:Relevant qualifications or extensive experience with the state and national training systems or labour hire.Qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (desirable).Certificate IV in Workplace Safety or experience in workplace injury and safety prevention (highly desirable).Proven background in budget management and revenue growth with a customer-centric approach.Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop your team.Broad knowledge of training delivery and assessment.Exceptional organisational and networking skills.Highly developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.High computer literacy, including Microsoft Suite; experience with Workforce One (highly desirable).Additional Requirements:Required to provide WA Police Clearance.Appointment to this position will be subject to the attainment of a Working with Children Check (Western Australia).Required to maintain current Western Australian Drivers Licence.Why Join?
