If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst (Finance) in the ever-evolving energy industry.
Reporting to the Group Planning and Reporting Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Finance team with data-driven decision-making. This is your chance to make a tangible impact by building cutting-edge dashboards, optimizing reporting frameworks, and delivering insights that drive organizational success.
Responsibilities: Engage with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translating them into automated reporting solutions.Develop and maintain BI automated reporting frameworks to streamline data processes, enhancing visibility and insights into business performance.Contribute to defining BI and data analytics projects from initiation to completion.Collaborate with stakeholders to define comprehensive project scopes that align with the organization's strategic priorities.Drive data automation for periodic and enterprise-level reporting, ensuring timely and accurate reports at both the business unit and organization levels.Perform variance analysis, comparing performance against plans and forecasts to identify opportunities for improvement.Build and maintain strong relationships with Finance team members and business stakeholders.How can you support the Clean Energy Transition To be successful and thrive in this role, you will have experience in the following:
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as data analytics, business intelligence or information technology.Minimum of 5+ years experience with data visualisation tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau and basic programming skills like SQL, Python or R.Proven ability to translate non-technical business needs into impactful dashboards and reports.Ability to develop and maintain reporting dashboards, analytical models and data visualisations to track key business metrics and performance indicators.Well-developed analytical, problem solving, creative and critical thinking skills to solve challenging problems.Experience working collaboratively in a team and delivering projects on time.If you share our passion for a clean energy future for all and want to join us #Doing.
