The Group Cyber team is accountable for all aspects of Cyber Security across Coles including Strategy & Architecture, Identity, Cyber Governance, Cyber Detection & Response, Data Protection, and Security Services. This role will be based within the Identity team and will play an active role in uplifting the Coles' Identity and Access Management services for Coles team members, suppliers, and partners. About the role Reporting to the Head of Identity, you will act as a group product manager for the squads you lead, with a strong involvement in "what" the squads are building. The role responsibilities include the following: Responsible for creating a product strategy and roadmap that ties into strategic themes from the Portfolio. You will help provide clear requirements that translate into actionable items of work for the squads or teams. You will plan, create, and execute delivery roadmaps that are structured based on business requirements, communicate, and share these plans with your squads and stakeholders. You will promote agile methodologies and continuous improvements while coaching and supporting the squads or teams. Coordinate dependencies and sequence the Epics and Stories to ensure the team's ability to consistently deliver value in small increments. Promote and support the team to become autonomous in their delivery practices. Responsible for prioritising the Domain Backlog in conjunction with the Identity Leadership Team. Define backlog with their Squads, partner with the crew lead to ensure the backlog aligns with the business and product strategies. Frame product backlog in context of the bigger picture and larger product roadmap and strategy. Work closely with Product Managers to manage dependencies and risk. Responsible for managing one or more product managers and their respective squads. Mentor product managers and utilize creative methodology to improve team culture and product processes. Foster and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment around backlog and priorities. Communicate to stakeholders on progress of initiatives. About you To be successful in this role, we're looking for the following experience and skills: Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives. A consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business. Experience developing & mentoring Product Managers and contributing to the Product Chapter. Experience supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations; experience working in a digital-first organisation with a strong customer-centric focus. Experienced in Cyber Security and specifically Identity and Access Management. Experienced in communicating and rationalising product design decisions. Experience working in fast-paced environments and comfortable with change. Skilled in working collaboratively with engineering teams. Understanding of Identity and Access Management in a corporate environment. Highly collaborative, able to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders. Listen well. You build consensus by default but can drive hard decisions when needed. You push the pace. Skilled in working with engineering teams in identifying reusable components and understanding where value is to enable dependent teams. Exceptional people management, collaboration, and communication skills. Written communication that is clear and effective. What's in it for you?
