Working in a busy complex environment with a supportive culture, the role would suit an experienced Payroll Manager who is looking to utilise their previous staff leadership skills as well as their passion for process improvement.
About your new job : The role will see you deliver quality customer service through processing and preparing accurate and confidential payroll services in accordance with relevant industrial awards, workplace agreements, and legislation across Australia and New Zealand.
Leading and motivating a team of payroll officers and overseeing the payroll for over 3000 employees across ANZTraining and ongoing development of staffAssisting the team with resolving payroll queriesPayroll reconciliation, month-end & year-end reportingInterpreting various EBAs and Awards and ensuring legislative compliancePrepare and process Workers Compensation reportsComplete statutory reporting for Workcover, ATO & ABSReview payroll processes and procedures and implement improvementsBusiness partner with various department leads to create effective payroll processesUpholding high customer service standards and protocols across the businessLead projects including system upgrades for the payroll departmentEnsure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirementsSupport all internal and external audits related to payrollAbout You : You will be an experienced Payroll Manager with previous staff leadership. To be successful in this position, you will ideally have exposure in the following :
