Property investments and development across various sectorsResidentialStudent housing projectsBuild to rentCommercialRetirement livingHospitalityOur client is looking for a senior multi-unit experience manager with quality hotel experience, coupled with long-stay property management experience (either standard residential management, student accommodation, or co-living experience).
The ideal candidate should have a strategic approach to creating value through property acquisitions, developments, and asset management, with a mix of general operating experience, business development, and acquisition skills.
This position will report to the Directors.
The salary sits between $150k-$180k plus super + bonus.
