Working closely with the Group GM, Performance and Reward and broader People and Culture team you will deliver impactful reward offerings that align with Crown's Corporate Strategy aimed at elevating our employee value proposition and experience. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will contribute to the delivery of key strategic and operational initiatives and play a crucial role in shaping our reward offering.Key Responsibilities:Support the Group GM, Performance and Reward with the design, implementation and embedment of Crown's Reward framework.Lead the successful management of key remuneration processes, including the annual remuneration review, survey submission and market benchmarking exercises.Oversight and governance of Crown's grading framework including job evaluations.Prepare and present reports to senior executives.Monitor peer remuneration arrangements and market benchmarking and provide advice and guidance through use of data analysis, modelling, and interpretation.Lead the ongoing review and execution of short-term incentive programs.Lead reward-related projects and change management including business collaboration and communication strategies.Continuously evaluate and innovate reward structures, processes and practices.Develop solutions to improve the governance and efficiency of remuneration activities and the reduction of associated risks.Build, implement and maintain compensation and job architecture within Workday.Partner with key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of appropriate new reward structures to attract talent.Review, redesign and implement employee benefits.About you:Extensive experience in a Remuneration and Benefits role.Strong knowledge of remuneration frameworks and job architecture creation.Demonstrable seasoned leadership in remuneration, accounting, or finance.Demonstrated HRIS compensation knowledge, preferably Workday.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.Mercer job evaluation accreditation and other job evaluation accreditations required.Degree in HR or similar qualifications in subjects such as maths, statistics, sciences, finance, or business intelligence.Additional InformationWhat you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
