Are you an experienced Finance Manager looking to take on a leadership role with a dynamic company in Sydney? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to oversee financial operations and contribute to strategic decision-making within our growing business.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all financial reporting, compliance, and risk management. Lead the finance department, including Accounts Receivables, Payables, Payroll, and more. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxes, and insurance policies. Provide strategic financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support business decisions. Manage cash flow planning, bank reconciliations, and financial performance strategies. Work closely with the senior management team to drive financial initiatives and operational success. Lead performance management and development within the finance team. Key Skills & Qualifications: Degree in Accounting or Commerce. Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification. Proficiency in Xero and strong knowledge of financial packages and systems. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
