Situated in state-of-the-art premises, the group offers a culture that exudes innovation, high performance, collaboration, open dialogue and accountability.Acura Group is an incredibly values-driven business, with the customer at the heart of everything.DescriptionThe Executive Assistant to the Group CEO and Senior Leadership Team is a vital role within the organisation in ensuring that there is execution of tasks across the business and strategic objectives are regularly reviewed by members of the SLT and Management Team.This role will look after company-wide tasks and become the "Follow Up Manager" in the organisation, whilst promoting culture and the values of the business.Take minutes and notes of key meetings as and when applicable where one of the Senior Leadership Team is chairing or in attendanceManage CEO Calendar and review for any meeting clashes, ensuring any meeting preparation needed is followed up ahead of the meetingAssist CEO and Operations Director with HR Tasks as and when applicable with recruitment, document management and updating of Organisational StructureWork with CEO to develop recording and follow up system for Strategic high-level goals for SLT and ManagersRecording and management of Employment Hero and employee reward programs in conjunction with CEOBook flights and car hire as and when required and confirmation of appointments for SLTPreparation of PowerPoint Template Weekly for Turbo Management Meeting and responsible for invitesCommunicate on behalf of CEO and/or SLT as and when needed to external stakeholders, customers, suppliers and internal teamsUpdating of KPIs for Board reporting as and when required for SLTCoverage for front reception at head office as and when required including answering of phones where necessaryAssist with tasks across the business as and when required with staff absences or busyAssist Sales Directors with reporting as necessaryAnalysis and key improvements reported back to SLT on a monthly basis to ensure continuous improvement and refinementHelp ensure all processes are running smoothly, seek to optimise and drive increased efficiency as applicableEnsure K2 meeting room is kept tidy and is stocked with refreshments, whiteboard markers/flip chart refills etc.
