About the role
We're seeking an experienced and driven Corporate Accountant to join our high-performing Finance team. This role will see you taking ownership of key financial and statutory reporting, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the development of robust governance frameworks for financial controls and risk management. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate on exciting projects, working with internal and external stakeholders to support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities Manage group consolidations, prepare executive-level reports, oversee accounting for leases, and liaise with external auditors to ensure accurate, timely reporting.Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies while implementing and maintaining effective control frameworks.Support the implementation of financial systems, develop accounting policies, and provide input on strategic finance projects.Build relationships with internal teams, including Tax, Treasury, and Supply Chain, as well as external advisors and auditors.Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and support system upgrades. Key Skills and Requirements 5+ years in Accounting, Finance, or a similar role.Strong technical accounting expertise.Experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG industries is a plus.Proficiency in Australian Accounting Standards and financial software (e.g., Business Central, Netsuite).Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and data analysis.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Commerce.CA or CPA qualification (or working towards it).
