Golder has a new opportunity for a Group Administrator to join our Business Support team on a 6-month fixed-term, full-time basis based in Sydney. Key duties and responsibilities include: Project Support: * Assisting Project Managers (PMs) and project personnel with site mobilisation (this includes project related travel bookings, booking medicals and training courses). * Assisting PMs with travel documentation. * Monitoring the journey management process. * Word processing of documents such as Bids and Proposals, memorandums & letters. * Printing and binding of deliverables. * Project site preparation via Sharepoint. * Assisting PMs with maintaining project files and document control for larger projects. * Assisting PMs with project procurement, including liaising with accounts payable to process payments. Team Support: * Providing day to day assistance to the Group Manager * Assisting group with timesheets and expenses; ensure they are entered by all group members in a timely manner, check expense receipts are attached to expense claims. * Managing the group's leave calendar and resourcing spreadsheets. * Maintain groups training records and assist with group's training coordination. * Assisting group Team Leader with project resourcing. * Travel and training course bookings. * Assisting the Group Manager (GM) with the coordination of group meetings, taking meeting notes. * Assisting PMs in compliance with GAIMS requirements; * Assisting with on boarding on new starters as per local guidelines. * Filing and retrieving documents, records and reports. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience * Completion of secondary studies required; Diploma of Business or Project Management qualification is highly desirable. * Good organisational and time management skills * Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multi-task * Strong demonstrated customer service skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Use of initiative and a can-do attitude * Ability to work unsupervised and be proactive * Ability to develop and implement small internal projects * Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player * Intermediate to advanced skill level across Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), familiarity with Sharepoint.
