We're looking for a Group Account Director to be the senior point of contact for one of our key clients, driving strategic growth, nurturing relationships, and ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions.
About the Role As the Group Account Director, you'll be the strategic lead for this key client, responsible for fostering strong relationships, delivering creative solutions, and identifying new growth opportunities.
Your leadership will ensure that our client's business objectives are met with innovative, high-quality work that drives measurable success.
What You'll Be Responsible For Client Leadership & Strategic Growth Act as the senior strategic point of contact for the client, establishing and nurturing strong relationships.
Work closely with the management team to bring creative solutions to the client and identify growth opportunities.
Lead new business efforts and identify additional revenue opportunities within the client account.
Contribute to the client's business growth by providing strategic insights and identifying new opportunities.
Mentor and develop your team, directing them in finding creative solutions to both client and internal challenges.
Foster a collaborative environment across all disciplines to ensure integrated and informed work.
Provide your team with the necessary tools and training for continued growth and success.
Operational Excellence Create effective processes and information flow between client services and other disciplines.
Partner with Operations and Finance to manage the client P&L, ensuring profitability.
Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless integration across the organization.
Implement proprietary and third-party tools into the planning and execution process.
Encourage the use of research tools and ensure the team is well-versed in various media forms, including traditional, digital, and non-traditional channels.
Stay at the forefront of industry trends, adopting new methodologies to enhance client strategies.

Your ability to build and nurture client relationships has consistently driven account growth.
You're well-versed in all forms of media and have exceptional client-facing skills.
