As Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be the hands and heart behind the beautiful spaces that bring people together.
From peaceful garden strolls to lively outdoor events, your work sets the scene for connection, comfort, and care.
You'll lead a small, dedicated team and manage all aspects of garden and grounds presentation, bringing out the best in both people and place.
What You'll Do Champion the care of gardens, outdoor areas, and communal spacesLead and mentor a team of maintenance staff with pride and purposePlan and carry out hands-on gardening, grounds, and general maintenance tasksKeep outdoor areas clean, welcoming, and safe — every detail mattersRespond to resident requests and safety issues with care and efficiencyMaintain tools and equipment with attention and careBe a friendly, reliable presence in the community you help shapeWhat You'll Bring At least 3 years' experience in garden or grounds maintenanceConfidence leading a small team and setting daily prioritiesA customer-first mindset and great communication skillsGood physical fitness — you'll be hands-on and outdoorsComfort using basic digital tools (email, calendars, job tracking systems)Even Better If You Have Experience in retirement living, schools, or public groundsA valid driver's licence (bonus if you can drive a 12-seater bus!
