As Procurement Manager, you'll work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to shape innovative buying strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure we maintain quality while driving cost benefits across a diverse range of food, packaging, consumables, and utility categories.
About the Role In this exciting role, you'll:
Develop and execute strategic supply chain projects, ensuring they align with budget and quality goals. Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, evaluating their performance and identifying opportunities for quality and service improvements. Manage tenders and contracts, negotiating favorable outcomes while maintaining quality standards. Continuously seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize procurement processes and support key business strategies. What We're Looking For You are a natural communicator who can engage stakeholders and suppliers alike, combining strategic thinking with a passion for excellence. Ideally, you have:
Experience: 8+ years as a Procurement or Purchasing Manager within FMCG. Expertise: Deep knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier contract management, and raw material markets (bread, protein, oil, dairy, etc.). Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables), exceptional negotiation abilities, and an analytical mindset. Attributes: Attention to detail, adaptability, a positive energy, and a knack for problem-solving. Engagement: Proven success in stakeholder and supplier management, with a collaborative and strategic approach. Why Join Us?
