Graphic Designer wanted for leading Tool Retailer! TradeTools is a proud family-owned Queensland company trusted to provide the best tools and equipment to trades and businesses. We currently employ around 300 people at Industrial Retail Sites all over Queensland and Northern New South Wales! Our average tenure is 8 years, clearly a sign that we look after our people.
About the Role Our ideal candidate will have some experience on the tools, alongside a good knowledge of graphic design. They will be passionate about introducing innovative ideas & creative new concepts into our industry so we can remain Australia's favourite tool store!
You'll be working with one of the best marketing and direct import teams in the tool industry and you will have the ability over time to learn about all types of marketing because everything we create is done in-house at our head office at Stapylton.

Your main responsibilities will include: Designing a complete suite of product graphic assets, including packaging, labels & instruction manuals for our highly successful private label brands. Collaborate with product teams and deliver digital product concept designs. Maintain and uphold a cohesive brand identity. Develop a deep understanding of our market and end users to inform design decisions. Provide design support to the Marketing team where relevant. About You Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys sharing their expertise. They will be able to demonstrate prior experience in Brand Management and/or Graphic Design in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time-management and organisational skills Understanding of photography aspects Qualifications in Graphic Design Proficiency in the Adobe suite of applications including; InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy What do we offer?
