Graphic Designer

We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing team.
You'll play a critical role in crafting visuals that bring our mission to life—designing intuitive product interfaces, compelling marketing campaigns, and impactful sales collateral. You'll collaborate closely with our Chief Product Officer and content team to tell powerful visual stories that resonate with students, educators, and employers alike.
What You'll Do Design assets across product UI, marketing campaigns, case studies, and sales enablement materials.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints—web, email, social, platform, and print.Translate complex data, insights, and messages into clean, clear, and engaging visual formats.Work closely with the CPO and PR specialist to shape the visual language of our brand and elevate our storytelling.Contribute to campaign concepting, creative direction, and layout design, with an eye for user experience and accessibility.Maintain and evolve design systems and templates for scale.What You'll Bring 3+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.Animation experience highly regardedA portfolio that showcases strong visual storytelling and a refined sense of layout, typography, and color.An understanding of UI/UX principles and digital product design.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to balance big-picture thinking with detail-oriented execution.Why Join Us? 2pm Friday knock off.Join a young, fast paced team.Fast growing Saas business - with a meaningful core mission.Seniority levelSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeEmployment typePart-timeJob functionJob functionDesign, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustriesE-Learning ProvidersReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at The Careers Department by 2x
