About the position: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of materials from inception of initial briefs through to concept development and production.
You will be responsible for producing communication materials that align with brand style guidelines across various mediums, including brochures, websites, social media, digital advertising, videos, point-of-sale materials, and email campaigns (eDM).. What you'll be doing Creative Development : Convert briefs into innovative concepts that clearly convey ideas while ensuring significant creative impact.
Brand Consistency : Produce a diverse array of finished materials that adhere to brand guidelines, meet project briefs, and align with requirements such as budget, timelines, and communication goals.
Collaboration : Collaborate with stakeholders to produce compliant illustrative materials within project timelines, budgets, and objectives, utilizing specialized software tools for efficient and accurate design.
Expert in managing multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on effective task prioritization to meet deadlines Project Management : Manage design projects from inception to completion, including briefing, concept development, production, and final delivery of materials, while effectively integrating feedback from stakeholders.
Data Management : Manage the internal artwork server and Digital Asset Management system to keep materials updated and easily accessible, as well as ensuring quality control and compliance with internal standards and brand guidelines for all finished materials.
Work co-operatively with internal stakeholders throughout the business To be considered for the position you must be able to demonstrate the following: Tertiary qualification in graphic design, art, or similar discipline Appropriate experience in a graphic design role, using industry standard software including the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, basic ability in video editing and HTML5 an advantage Proven graphic design experience with evidence of a portfolio of past work A self-starter who is highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
