They are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their energetic team, to help elevate their brand identity and marketing initiatives.
The Role: As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their visual communications.
You will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to create compelling graphics for both digital and print media, ensuring the brand stands out in the competitive real estate landscape.
Key Responsibilities: Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
Develop creative concepts and visual strategies that align with our brand identity.
Collaborate with team members to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and real estate marketing.
The Candidate: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) as a graphic designer, preferably in corporate or real estate sectors.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
