Join Kyndryl as an IT Strategy Consultant, providing technology solutions and IT strategy insights in a dynamic, inclusive environment.Your role ResponsibilitiesProviding consulting services by developing technology solutions and offering IT strategy insights based on understanding the client's business objectives and IT requirements.Advising, analyzing, and defining client IT strategy to increase business value and improve service delivery, including adopting modern techniques and a modern operating model.Applying issue-based consulting methods.Analyzing and optimizing client's IT processes and governance.Providing strategies, assessments, recommendations, and plans analytically.Designing and implementing enterprise operating models and governance structures, and identifying new ways of work.About you QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Design and Technology, or other Bachelor's degrees in Sciences with an IT specialization.Full work rights in Australia; open to Australian citizens or permanent residents.Basic understanding of core services offered by established cloud hyperscalers (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud).Familiarity with IT management consulting methods.Understanding of IT operations and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills in diverse environments.Familiarity with New Ways of Working, e.g., Agile, Scrum.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong communication skills in English and local market language.Willingness to travel.Compensation & benefits Kyndryl offers a competitive salary, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic, inclusive work environment.
