About the Role
As a graduate accountant, your key responsibilities will include:
Creating BAS/IAS statements Preparing financial statements  Preparing tax returns (individual, company, partnership and trust) Liaising with clients directly (individuals, small-medium businesses, corporate executives, medical & legal professionals, trusts & estates etc.) with turnovers of up to $50million Working alongside the team of accountants and reporting into any one of the extremely friendly and approachable managers/partners! Skillset and Experience: Finished (or near completion) a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or relevant field!) Proven experience of working in a part-time or casual job (accounting experience is a bonus but not necessary) Excellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn  Great communication (both written and verbal) Open to pursuing a CA/CPA down the track  The Benefits: Direct mentorship with 5 highly-qualified industry professionals  Fantastic work culture and relaxed atmosphere with a strong team!
