What we are looking for: The Account coordinator role is to assist & support the Senior Account Manager with tender debriefs, tender documentation and submissions to our leading clients. Full training and guidance provided. Responsibilities:
Assist with tender debriefs, tender documentation and submissions. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key account stakeholders Ensure the timely and successful delivery of proposals according to customer needs and objectives Manage Partner portals across software opportunities Proactively assist with customer proposals, Statement of Works and Presentations (ppt) Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Assist in Account Planning Activities Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within accounts and provide input to weekly scrum meetings Proactively use and update our CRM system, Hubspot Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Experience/skills required: University degree qualified Must be willing to learn - Full training & mentoring provided Highly desirable - experience in administrative, account executive/management or coordinator roles Highly desirable - Previous work experience writing/submitting tenders or proposals Ability to think outside the box Excellent written & verbal communication skills are essential
