We are looking for results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client's team in Sydney. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of inbound solutions, particularly within the NSW Federal and Local Government sectors. If you're passionate about technology solutions, have a proven track record in sales, and enjoy creating tailored solutions for clients, I would love to hear from you.Understanding of the BPO and document management industry, particularly in the government sector, is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Identify New Business Opportunities: Target potential BPO clients, with a focus on NSW Federal & Local Government, to generate new business and expand the client base.Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and strategic interactions.Tailored Solutions: Understand client needs and propose BPO solutions that align with their goals and challenges.Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to highlight the value of our services.Negotiate & Close Deals: Lead negotiations and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Market Intelligence: Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM, Salesforce.Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and matching them with our tailored product offerings.Collaboration with Marketing: Work with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated from campaigns and events, converting prospects into clients.Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the growth and success of the team and company.Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in document management and scanning technology.Key Skills and Qualifications:Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences, from clients to internal teams.Customer-Centric: A strong focus on customer satisfaction with a passion for delivering outstanding service and value.Sales Success: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with at least 3 years of inbound sales experience.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software ideally Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.About You:You are a proactive and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
