You will lead board governance projects and become a focal point for clients. Additionally, you will leverage existing networks, and your own networks and be a competent producer of thought leadership material. You are passionate about adding value and thrive on being able to independently and autonomously manage your portfolio. The role offers a diversity of responsibilities with varying degrees of balance including, but not limited to, the delivery of strategy, planning, research, operations, execution, and client management.About youYou are an experienced Board Governance professional with a background in management consulting, professional services, corporate governance, risk, legal, research, or relevant fields. You are a passionate leader with an entrepreneurial nature.
