Let's talk about the role
- Co-ordinate the full assignment process for all cross border moves globally
- Coordinate the full relocation process, balance the company's requirements with the assignee's needs
- Acting as the main point of contact for expatriates and their families throughout the relocation process
- Management of inquiries from transferring employees (responding to employees directly, forwarding to vendors or escalating questions as appropriate)
- Prepare assignment related documentation, including but not limited to, assignment letters, balance sheets and cost projections
- Management of annual bonus, equity and remuneration review projects
- Support the People teams globally with assignment related processes
- Liaise with the internal tax, finance and payroll teams where required
- Responsible for data integrity for assignee records - uploading relevant documentation to records e.g. upload expatriate documentation, ensure accurate billing codes, upload relevant approvals, exception request tracking
- Responsible for both regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements
- Ensure all relocations are carried out legally and within company guidelines/policies
- Ensure compliance with international tax, social security and immigration for all assignments, in conjunction with the company's preferred vendors
- Assist the Global Head of Mobility with the development and implementation of any related global mobility policies and processes and any other mobility related initiatives

Let's talk about you
- Bachelor's degree with min 10 years' experience in working in-house global mobility and/or tax consulting environments.
- Significant global mobility experience in a complex, multinational organisations.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills; ability to develop business cases for change.
- Self-starter, ability to work well independently or in a team environment
- Great communicator with excellent organisational and relationship management skills
- Excellent writing skills and high proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Good judgment - knowing when to escalate an issue combined with a willingness to be flexible
- Familiar with operating as part of a global team
- Enthusiastic, positive and keen to learn and develop
- A good understanding of international taxation, social security regulations and immigration laws.
- Significant travel and/or use of meeting technology outside normal business hours.
