The Global Head of AI is a pivotal leadership role responsible for advocating and driving AI innovation across the organization.
Reporting to the Group CIO, this role will shape AI strategy, ensure ethical and compliant AI adoption, and align initiatives with business goals.

Job Description What you'll do Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute AI strategy aligned with business objectives, establishing a clear vision for AI adoption.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate AI-related risks, ensuring ethical use and regulatory compliance.
Governance Framework: Design and oversee governance structures for AI initiatives, promoting collaboration and accountability.
Roadmap Development: Create a 5-year AI implementation roadmap with milestones and resource planning.
Technology Assessment: Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, staying updated on emerging trends.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor data scientists, engineers, and analysts, fostering innovation and learning.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various teams and external partners to meet organizational goals.
Performance Measurement: Establish metrics to evaluate AI impact and report findings to leadership.
Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree in computer science, AI, machine learning, data science, or related fields.
Proven experience leading AI projects/teams with successful business impact.
Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Strong leadership and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
