General Manager - Supply Chain - Country Road Group Apply now Job no: 996742 Work type: Full-Time Location: Melbourne - CBD & Inner Categories: Sourcing/Supply Chain Country Road Group (CRG) is embarking on transformation to position itself for growth, leveraging our scale, capabilities and culture as a House of Brands.Reporting into the Chief Sourcing & Supply Chain Officer, the General Manager (GM) of Supply Chain role will oversee all downstream operations post-manufacturing focusing on creating best-in-class fulfillment and logistics. The GM of Supply Chain will be responsible for inbound logistics, trade compliance, Distribution Centres, and the delivery of products to stores and customers.In addition, the GM of Supply Chain will drive end-to-end optimisation of CRG's supply chain, using comprehensive analysis of the downstream network to uncover opportunities for enhancing capabilities, reducing lead times, cutting costs, and improving customer service.This role also involves leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team that attracts and retains top talent.Key AccountabilitiesSupply Chain Strategy & LeadershipLead the design and execution of the group's Supply Chain strategy to meet key requirements and support business objectives while contributing to strategic projects in partnership with senior management.Operations & Process ManagementOversee the end-to-end Supply Chain process, ensuring seamless operations, cost-effectiveness, and optimal performance across the entire supply chain.Stakeholder ManagementCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management across Brands and Group Functions to ensure alignment, address issues, and support collaborative efforts.Educate and influence Brand Leadership on Supply Chain impacts when setting brand strategy and calendar activities.Risk Management & ComplianceIdentify and mitigate risks within Supply Chain to maintain operational resilience including but not limited to freight and shipping disruptions, compliance matters, and market/economic changes.People & LeadershipEmbrace uncertainty and change while facilitating and enabling strategic change with clarity, empathy and optimism.Create & foster an inclusive environment where all team members can thrive and feel included, respected and safe.
