General Manager, Major Projects

As the General Manager of Major Projects, you will be responsible for the entire project delivery framework, including the systems, tools, and processes that drive successful project outcomes.
You will lead and oversee the execution of complex, large-scale projects, focusing on ensuring each project is completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with best-practice project management standards—all while upholding a steadfast commitment to safety.
You will be an accomplished people leader with significant experience in leading, developing, managing, motivating, and guiding teams to excel while embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
Additionally, you'll play a key role in managing agreements, construction contracts, and contractual systems.
You will be an accomplished communicator with strong financial literacy and a deep understanding of risk management in the context of major projects.
With experience in reporting and engaging with diverse stakeholders—including executive management, the CEO, Board members, government agencies, regulators, contractors, and external partners—you will convey critical information and insights to support strategic decision-making, fostering transparency and instilling trust throughout the organization.
You will have demonstrated experience in delivering major projects, ideally with a background in infrastructure, utilities, or construction industries.
