Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll oversee daily operations and drive strategic initiatives, ensuring our agency runs like a well-oiled machine.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing and mentoring a team of digital specialists across various functions: Meta, Google Ads, SEO, content creation, and more.Developing and executing a 12-month growth strategy aligned with company goals.Identifying and securing new partnership opportunities.Driving operational efficiency and ensuring client satisfaction.Collaborating with Sales and Business Development teams to boost revenue.About you: We're looking for an experienced leader who is ready to make an impact.
