You will lead a talented team of highly skilled professionals and work closely with our Health teams to support the delivery of improved health outcomes to the communities we serve. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional, with a keen eye for detail, strong commercial acumen and a relentless focus on safety, compliance and customer service. The right candidate will thrive in this autonomous leadership role. Essential Criteria: Currently holds or has held the regulatory approval of Head of Aircraft Airworthiness and Maintenance Control (HAAMC), or an approved Continuing Airworthiness Manager, or a Responsible Manager. Hold or previously held an aircraft engineer licence (B1, B2 or C), or have qualification in one of the following fields: Cert IV in aircraft maintenance, diploma in aviation maintenance management, diploma in engineering (aeronautical, avionics, mechanical, electrical, electronics). Comprehensive knowledge of the CASA regulations and standards applicable to continuing airworthiness and aircraft maintenance. Capability to develop Continuing Airworthiness and Maintenance Organisation expositions. Skilled in the preparation and presentation of budgets and reports. Strong working knowledge of computer-based maintenance systems. Eligibility to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC). Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
