We value people with integrity, an innate willingness to help others and an eagerness to perform to the best of their abilities.About the roleTo provide support to the Head of Legal, Corporate and Group Insurance Manager with all Group Insurance matters.More specifically your responsibilities will include but not limited to:Manage new and existing international employees and the associated insurance coverages (ie ensure employees are insured according to the agreements in place).Process invoices and tracking of payments and reconciling the Group Insurance account monthly, including Amex expenses and reimbursementsManage the data flow from stakeholders including ensuring all data is managed in accordance with policies and agreed process.Data analysis to spot trends and issues with respect to the insurance portfolioManage the Group insurance calendar, SharePoint intranet site and update property impairments noticesPrepare and manage high quality, sensitive and confidential documentation for Group Insurance including preparing correspondence, presentations and reports, filing and document controlTogether with your excellent attention to detail and process improvement mindset what we also look for in you is your:Experience as an administrator, personal assistant, team assistant, team coordinator or project coordinator, with experience in insurance preferred, but not essential.Excellent computer skills using Word for Windows, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Internet and other IT applicationsCollaborative relationship building ability including outstanding communications skillsPassion for learning and developing new skills Exceptional attention to detail and making the complex simple and clear.If you would like to obtain further information, please do not hesitate to contact Milica Radomir on 02 92575036Wellbeing & BenefitsAs a company that values wellbeing, we offer a range of great benefits to support you financially, professionally and personally.
