Building & Construction Foreperson / Supervisor Brisbane Permanent / Full Time Would suit a well rounded Foreman or a Site Manager level person Developer Builder | Work with fantastic people | Strong and Approachable leaders Large $200m high rise resi tower | Full EBA | 5 days per week Company: Intro Recruitment Solutions has a great opportunity for a General Foreman to join the team in Newstead delivering a large $200m high rise residential construction project.
This role will see you take the lead across the final half of the structure and have general oversight of the Finishing Foreman.
You will have the support of another Structures Foreman and a Senior Site Manager above you.
This is a full EBA project as well as a team full of Site and Project Engineers.
It is preferential that you have experience working in the mid or upper tier construction environment and have the ability to to drive program and positive outcomes and have the ability to lead the people and trades on site.
This role will suit a Structures orientated Foreman person or someone at Site Manager level already.
Role: The General Foreman has the following specific areas of responsibility: Management of trades and subcontractors on site  Coordination of site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation Implementation of OH&S policies  Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications Liaison with the team to ensure budget and time constraints are met in line with program Short term programming Provide site leadership and direction to fellow Foremen.
Person: A stable career history within the construction industry Structures experience is essential Project experience over $50m Foreman experience with a reputable mid tier or upper tier would be an advantage The ability to work to and meet deadlines Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity Supervisors licence Here you will be recognised for your performance and you will receive an above market salary and be supported on site by other Foreman, Site/Project Engineers, Snr Site Manager and Project Manager.
