ResponsibilitiesUser Growth Strategy: Develop and execute targeted strategies to drive the acquisition and engagement of Futures users, focusing on increasing trading volumes and user retention.Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze user behavior, trading patterns, and other key metrics to identify opportunities for improving user experience and optimizing marketing campaigns.Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and execute Futures trading competitions, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive engagement and increase trading activity.Affiliate Program Management: Lead the operations and growth of the Future Affiliates Program.
Identify, onboard, and manage high-value affiliate partners who can drive user acquisition and trading activity for the exchange.Affiliate Strategy & Incentives: Design and implement incentive structures and promotions tailored for affiliate partners, ensuring they have the resources and tools to effectively promote the exchange and increase Futures user engagement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and Local teams to align growth initiatives with product features, promotions, and updates.Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs such as trading volume, affiliate performance, active user growth, and conversion rates.
Provide regular reports to leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.RequirementsAt least 6+ years of experience in growth, operations, or marketing in the crypto or financial services industry, with a focus on user acquisition, retention, and affiliate marketing.Strong understanding of Futures Trading: In-depth knowledge of crypto Futures trading products, including futures and perpetual swaps.Affiliate Program Experience: Proven experience managing and scaling affiliate marketing programs, with a strong understanding of affiliate acquisition and incentive models.Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize strategies for user acquisition and retention, as well as affiliate program performance.Creative Marketing Skills: Proven ability to create innovative growth strategies and execute successful marketing campaigns in a highly competitive market.Excellent Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage relationships with external partners and affiliates.Proactive Problem Solver: Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and act upon them independently.Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is highly preferred to be able to coordinate with overseas partners/stakeholders, managing global/regional Futures users and affiliates.Why Binance • Shape the future with the world's leading blockchain ecosystem.
