Solid work ethic and a responsibility to produce quality work every single day and care about our productsPrevious experience desired depending on roles, however, most roles offer on-the-job trainingAbility to work to a production scheduleSafety mindset and the ability to follow safety proceduresWork autonomously as well as part of a teamSome experience using hand tools desirableThere is some manual handling, so a medium level of physical fitness is required (although most lifting is machine-assisted and shared)Valid driver's license (own transport is desirable but not mandatory)If you have CNC machine operator or a Forklift Licence, please state this clearly in your cover letterPositions are available now.
