The primary purpose in this detailed role is responsible for processing incoming monies whether that be allocation to member accounts or return of funds to the source. Account maintenance changes on member accounts including change of name and address and more. Essential is the ability to have an in-depth understanding and appreciation of the tasks undertaken, and ability to execute allocated tasks within tight timeframes with a high level of accuracy.
Some of the awesome things you'll be involved with:

The completion of daily bank statement review and allocation of monies accurately and efficiently
The completion of allocated tasks associated with change of member data accurately and efficiently
Set up new members or review API members and generate welcome letters
To back up when needed in answering phone line
Service delivery inline with the agreed SLA Allocate contributions to member accounts daily
Workflow Actioning of workflow documents
Processing new member set up and new member letters
Processing member updates and confirmation letters
Responding to internal and external phone/email requests within agreed SLA

What you will bring:

1 - 2 years' experience in an office environment
Intermediate level Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
Customer service experience specially phone calls desirable
Time management
Very good written and verbal communication
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure when required, maintaining professionalism
Multi-tasking ability
Interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Adherence to processes and procedures
Proactive approach and initiative
