Functional Analyst

We are working closely with a not-for-profit Organization focused on helping individual secure sustainable and meaningful work. Having started from an initial need to help with youth unemployment in the 80's, they have since evolved and now work closely with various Government agencies, including: DET, Disability Employment Services, Transition to Work and more. **Your new role**

There are two Functional Analyst roles, one with a tech focus on the Digital Workplace (MS Stack, Teams, M365, etc.) and another with a tech focus on Corporate Systems (HR, CRM, Finance, etc.). Both roles will have you:

- Support business transformation and contribute change management plans while maintaining optimum health and continual improvement of your assigned portfolio of systems
- Co-design, build, test and roll out system enhancements
- Provide system support for end users
- This is a hands-on role combining aspects of both Business Analysis and System Administration

You'll need to possess the following skills/experience:

- Exemplary analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent documentation skills and ability to confidently participate in senior management discussions
- Superb communicator with ability to communicate tech concepts in everyday language
- **Advanced technical ability across assigned portfolio of systems**:

- For Digital Workplace role: Full range of Microsoft Apps
- For Corporate Systems role: CRM (Dynamics pref), Power Platform, HR/Finance systems
- Knowledge of Change Management methodologies highly desirable

**Salary package**

A Salary range between 90k-110k + Super is on offer.
