We are looking for a results-driven, passionate, and experienced Sales Manager to join the Head-Office Sales team, working out of our office in Abbotsford, Melbourne.
You will be joining a close-knit team that absolutely loves what they do. Living and breathing hospitality, we work hard and play hard, supporting each other to achieve our goals.
The Role As part of the Head Office team, the Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of function & event sales and pipeline management. This will include driving and maximising function sales across a complete range of spaces and areas available in our venues. You will also play a key role in engaging potential businesses and local communities to increase venue awareness.
Your Responsibilities Drive sales to ensure conversion and monthly budget targets are achievedProvide detailed quotations and proposals for prospective inquiriesBuild a consistent pipeline of community engagementLeverage existing third-party partnerships and PCO relationships to generate new leadsImplement and develop a sales growth strategyProvide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales processWhat You Bring Minimum of 2-3 years of functions and events industry experienceAbility to demonstrate solid sales experience with a record of achieving sales targetsAbility to communicate with influence, impact, and confidenceA willingness to take risks and try new thingsStrong negotiation skills and use data to make efficient decisionsWork well independently and as part of a team, show initiative, and solve problemsExperience with Event Management Software (IVvy is preferred)A genuine passion for what you doPlease note only successful applicants will be contacted.
