We are a dynamic and fast-growing boutique law firm in Sydney CBD. Starlight Legal is on the lookout for motivated, Chinese/English bilingual Legal Assistant to join our legal practice. We are an approved 482 Sponsor and have NSW regional office. Areas of practice you will gain experience: Immigration and visa service, Family law & litigation, commercial law and disputes resolution.Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service, with a friendly telephone manner and ability to build rapport with clients.Assist lawyers in daily administration, client support and liaison.Manage emails efficiently, responding to inquiries promptly and coordinating responses.Prepare documents, draft affidavits and subpoenas, and fill court forms.Office duties such as printing, photocopying, filing, scanning, running errands, and contacting barrister chambers.Requirements:Excellent attention to details.Time management skills.Legal software and AI skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.Work Arrangement:Flexible (minimum 3 days in office, 1 day work from home).If you're ready to take your career to new heights and be part of a vibrant legal team, send your resume and cover letter to .
