Our client, an established and well-respected busy specialist practice, located in the inner suburbs of Melbourne, specialising in Neurology is currently seeking a permanent Full Time Office Manager to join their team and assist with the day to day running of the practice.

**Practice Hours**:
Monday to Friday - 8am - 6pm

**Responsibilities include**:

- Front desk co-ordination
- Overseeing the day to day running of the practice
- Consulting session management & file review
- Diary management
- Processing patient accounts: Medicare, Eclipse and DVA claims.
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Scanning documents
- Proof-read patient letters
- Debtor control
- Handling incoming/outgoing calls
- Assisting with medical administration duties
- Use of Shexie software system (training provided)

**Essential Criteria**:

- Exceptional organisational/time management skills
- Professional demeanour who practices high level confidentiality
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Process driven.
- Empathetic and accommodating demeanour.
- Positive work ethic/attitude
- Proficient computer skills
