No experience required Quality Hotel Colonial Launceston is looking for Full or Part Time Guest Service Agents to join our expanding Hotel.
The role is a combination of customer service and administration, ideal for someone with previous experience in customer service, accommodation, travel or tourism industry.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Greeting and checking in our guestsProviding an exceptional guest experienceHandling guest communications via phone, email, and directCoordinating with our housekeeping and maintenance teamsProcessing reservationsGeneral administration tasks as requiredIdeal Experience: Previous experience in administration, travel, or tourism preferred but not essentialExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional customer service skills and a positive attitudeThe ability to provide a high level of customer satisfactionProfessional presentationAvailability to work a variety of shifts on a rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)Application process: Applicants will be required to provide evidence of their eligibility to work in Australia.
