We're excited to invite experienced hospitality professionals to join the opening team of The Sundays, a brand-new luxury boutique hotel for families. This is your chance to play a key role in creating a guest experience that reflects the joy, relaxation, and connection of a perfect Sunday. We are currently looking for a Front Office Manager to bring this vision to life.

About the Opportunity:
As the Front Office Manager at The Sundays, you will lead the team that embodies the spirit of welcome and hospitality for our guests. From managing seamless check-ins and check-outs to coordinating room allocations and anticipating guest needs, your team will set the standard for relaxed, heartfelt service that captures the hotel's ethos of relaxation, connection, and adventure. As a pivotal member of the opening team, you'll have the unique opportunity to establish Front Office operations, creating a space where every interaction reflects the joy-filled, unhurried essence of The Sundays—a place to kick back, connect with loved ones, and savour every moment.
What You'll Do: Motivate and support the Front Office team, establishing a welcoming and positive culture from day one.Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.Build a strong team through effective onboarding, coaching, and skill development.Manage room allocations, guest accounts, and ensure clear communication with other departments.Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximise revenue opportunities.Uphold The Sundays' ethos in all interactions, creating a relaxed and memorable guest experience.What We're Looking For: Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar, with at least 12-18 months of supervisory experience (preferred).Strong leadership, communication, training, and team-building skills.Solid understanding of Front Office systems and hotel operations.Ability to handle unexpected challenges with poise and professionalism.Passionate about creating positive guest experiences aligned with The Sundays' ethos.Ready to tackle the unique challenges of an opening team with a calm and steady approach.What We Offer: Working for Hamilton Island Enterprises comes with a range of benefits that make it a truly rewarding experience, including:
