The Bayview Bar and Grill is Bunbury's perfect place to eat & drink or just chill.Position Overview:To join our team, we are looking for an experienced Front of House Supervisor to assist in leading and overseeing the Front of House team ensuring impeccable service and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.Main Duties:Lead and direct the Front of House team during service, to execute high-end events.Greeting and assisting guests to ensure their satisfaction.Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.Handling guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner.Reading event briefs to set up and prepare for events with all required equipment.Fostering a positive work culture to train, mentor, and motivate the front of house team to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.Delivering exceptional customer service with high attention to detail.Assisting The Function Manager to oversee daily operations of events, including rostering, inventory management, uniforms, and KPIs.Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Skills/Experience Required:Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industryStrong leadership and management skillsExperience training teams and ensuring high standards are upheld.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong organisational, time management and administrative skills.
